We decided in July to sell our house and we interviewed several agents and we are very glad we selected Brittany and her team to sell our home of 30 years. We went thru every stage of grief and turmoil for six months of cleaning and packing and repairing and thru it all Brittany was a source of strength and knowledge. At every stage, and there are a lot of stages, Brittany guided us skillfully and gracefully. The open house was done very nicely by Rachel, and Paloma kept us on pace for paper work. We were very impressed with the photos and videos of our place which looked so good they attracted quite a crowd for open house. After the open house then came the tricky part of sorting multiple offers and negotiating. Brittany told us all along that everything is negotiable and we trusted her to represent us and get the best deal she could. We got a great deal with rent back for a couple months and even one month of free rent, big savings. I would definitely recommend Brittany and her team to buy or sell real estate.
