Megan Salazar is the best realtor! She is super knowledgeable and professional. One of my colleagues recommended her and she did not disappoint. Megan did an amazing job helping me and my boyfriend find our dream home. She was always available for us and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. She understood what we were looking for and sent us homes that were within our budget and that met the criteria we had. Once we found our dream home, she also recommended places to eat and other businesses. I also loved that she never pressured us and guides us when we were ready to make an offer. We were unable to be present during our home inspection but she made herself available and did the walkthrough with the inspectors to ensure everything was working properly, and she gave us updates throughout the process.

Brittany and her team are amazing. Brittany helped me purchase my first investment property and I was obviously nervous about it. Am I going to be able to get renters? How many months is that going to take? Am I going to be able to afford the mortgage while I'm waiting? Will I be able to afford remodeling the units in a timely manner? Those were all questions going through my head.
