Megan Salazar is THE BEST!! The kind of agent you will become friends with & welcome to your home anytime! She made the first time home buying process very smooth & easy (& not scary!). She is very knowledgeable & will answer all your questions - big or small, smart or dumb - or even the same question in different forms (I know this first hand because I asked a lot of dumb questions!). Megan will explain everything as many times as you need. We had tried working with two agents before Megan but we didn't move forward with either because the relationship felt very transactional (one agent was even an old friend). Megan brings a warmness to the whole home buying process & makes you feel like a friend but always remains professional!

Megan also welcomes & encourages communication after the process - I had already recommended her to my best friend before closing & will continue to recommend to others. This was my first home purchase but I know I will come back to Megan for any real-estate needs in the future!
